A Solid job or A Lower one? Permanent Filler for Nose Job

- The permanent dermal fillers are a wee bit more worrisome. In present, there are 2 materials available as permanent dermal fillers: Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and Polyacrylamide Gel (PAAG). PAAG is not approved by the FDA. The only brand of PMMA that’s FDA approved is Artefill. Artefill’s predecessor, Artecoll, has been available outside of the United States since 1994. However, only Artefill has been FDA approved. As anything done permanently, one cannot simply wait for it to biodegrade as it won’t. As the person ages, the alteration achieved by the substance may look a bit odd.
Be that as it may, it is still necessary to choose a qualified and experienced medical doctor to perform the procedure since it is so delicate, up in your face, inches from your eyes and your brain, with a needle filled with foreign matter — We need somebody with the Hands to do the job.
